House Rules

(1) Please respect quiet hours from 10pm to 9am CT.

(2) No smoking allowed inside the home. Violating this house rule will result in an additional cleaning fee of $500 and immediate removal from the property without a refund.

(3) Events (up to a max of 25 guests) are only allowed if agreed upon with host, prior to check-in. Please note that events require an additional fee. If you will be hosting an event, contact the hosts before check-in to review terms and fees.

(4) Weapons, fire-works, illegal drugs and/or illegal activity is prohibited at all times.

(5) Candles are not allowed in the home. For the safety of the guests and the home, we can provide complimentary flame free candles upon request.

(6) Guests are responsible for cleaning the BBQ grill after use. Please note that an additional cleaning fee will apply upon check-out if this house rule is not followed.

(7) Running, diving, urinating/defecating, and vomiting in the backyard, the pool, or hot-tub is prohibited. Please be safe and help us keep the home as clean as you received it.

(8) Foods/Drinks are prohibited inside of the pool & hot-tub. Please use the complimentary patio furniture for eating and drinking so that we can preserve the pool and hot-tub in a functional state for future guests.

(9) Please ensure there are no extra guests beyond what is listed in the reservation. If the security cameras show additional guest count, additional fees ($20 per person) apply . Please keep in mind that the capacity of the house was set for your own comfort and safety.

(10) A maximum of 4 cars are allowed (2 in driveway, 2 in front of the home - street parking). For events, please consider carpooling or ride sharing (Uber, Lyft).

(11) The fireplace inside the home is inaccessible to guests. Please use the firepit in the backyard if you would like.

(12) The locked cabinets in the kitchen are inaccessible to guests. Please do not tamper with the locks.
